Overview These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on ShedGuard Supply via our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and policies set forth below, in addition to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.
1. Order Acceptance & Price Adjustments
Order Confirmation: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit your order at any time after receipt for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or payment authorization issues.
Pricing Accuracy: All prices are listed in USD. While we strive for complete accuracy, errors may occur. If a product’s price is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.
2. Payment Methods & Processing
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Your payment method is charged immediately upon order placement to secure your item and initiate order processing.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
3. Sales Tax Sales tax is calculated, collected, and remitted at checkout based on applicable state and local tax laws for the delivery address provided.
4. Freight Shipping & Delivery Requirements Our products include heavy and oversized outdoor storage structures, sheds, and carports.
Curb-Side Freight: Freight orders are delivered curb-side. Freight carriers will not move products into backyards, garages, or homes.
Delivery Appointment: You must provide a valid, reachable phone number at checkout. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Inspection & Signature: An adult (18+) must be present during delivery to inspect the shipment for visible exterior damage before signing the delivery receipt.
5. Order Cancellations & Address Modifications
Cancellations: You may cancel an order free of charge before it ships from our warehouse by emailing cadillonveronique@outlook.com. Once dispatched to the freight carrier, the order cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
Address Corrections: Address changes requested within 12 hours of ordering are free. Address modification fees levied by the freight carrier after dispatch will be the buyer's responsibility.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement Parts
30-Day Free Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, unassembled condition in original packaging with zero restocking fees and free return freight.Transit Damage or Missing Components: If your order arrives damaged or missing hardware, notify us within 48 hours at cadillonveronique@outlook.com with photos, and we will ship replacement parts or a new unit at zero cost.
7. Customer Responsibility & Building Permits Buyers are solely responsible for checking local zoning rules, building codes, setback requirements, permits, and Homeowners Association (HOA) regulations prior to purchasing and erecting any outdoor structure.
